Healthcare Benefits

  • Medical Insurance: Cigna PPO & HMO are available to all US employees. Additionally, California and Georgia based employees enjoy the benefits of an HMO offered through Kaiser Permanente.
  • Vision Insurance: Is provided by EyeMed Vision Care.
  • Dental Insurance: Cigna provides dental coverage.
  • Survivor/Disability Benefits: Basic Life and Basic AD&D: equal to annual compensation, up to a maximum of $375,000
  • Voluntary Life: Additional life insurance for employees and their dependents
  • Short Term Disability: 80% of monthly earnings for ninety days
  • Long Term Disability: 60% of monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $10,800 per month
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance: Two times annual compensation, up to a maximum of $600,000
