S1 Enterprise Employment Process

In response to a job posting, the potential candidate will send his or her resume to the S1 Enterprise Human Resources Department, at which point an HR team member will review the resume and schedule interviews with selected candidates. These interviews allow us to discuss with individual candidates the details of the position and to determine whether or not the applicant meets the positionīs specific requirements. The Hiring Manager will then interview the candidate, who, in return, must complete the employment application. If we find the individual qualified for the position, we will extend an offer.
